Seeks to amend notification 50/2017 – customs dated 30th June 2017, there is some Insertion, substitutions, and exemption on the specified goods.
The Revised Appendix 4R will be applicable for exports made from 15.02.2023 to 30.09.2023.

Assistance in filling of the applications for fixation of Standard Inputs Output Norms (SION).Members of Trade can also seek assistance/guidance with regard to the filling of application of Advance Authorisation cases for fixation/finalization of Standard Input Output Norms (SION) through this facility to ensure completeness of application for faster fixation of SION.
3. Notification No. 56/2015-2020 Dated 07th February 2023.
Gemological Science International (GSI) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, Maharastra, India is added as an agency permitted to import diamonds for certification / grading & reexport.
The following entry is inserted at serial no. (6) in para 4.42 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20:
“(6) Gemological Science International (GSI) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, Maharastra, India”.
